High speed Low cost Pick and Place Ready Stand up Pouch Feeder for Six station EFS-250-6

Criticalities:
 Pouch Stick with each other in a stack due to Static generated between ready Polymer Pouches
 Pouch Height variation to be under ± 1mm
 Pouch stack is not aligned and is manually put in a bunch of 400 pouches, making variation in pouch edges upto ± 10 mm
Special Achievements:
 Pouch Stack is put in a “Rain Fall Conveyor” where this conveyor can store upto 400 Pouches and will feed the Pouch singling system required pouches only.
 Each pouch is aligned and sucked from down side eliminating static problem
 Pouches are taken through a buffer of 5 pouches over easy size change conveyor to pouch transfer gantry
 Pouch gantry puts pouch on “Pouch alignment station” where all alignment problems are over came
 Pouch is fed by servo pouch pick up and is finally fed to machine.
 The system employs 4 servo motors and 3 pouch sensing OBT sensors making sure interlocks with machines
 Complete 7 Gauge sheet metal welded frame designed and manufactured.
